Niyi Adeleye

Adeniyi ‘Niyi’ Adeleye is Head of Real Estate Finance (Africa) at the Standard Bank Group, where he oversees real estate debt portfolios across multiple sub-Saharan markets. He brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance, project finance, and real estate investment, having led major transactions across the continent. Niyi holds advanced qualifications from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and other institutions, and has contributed to policy and industry development through advisory roles and international speaking engagements.

Francis Osuyah
CEO, FROS CAPITAL

Francis Osuyah is the CEO of Fros Capital, a capital-raising and corporate management company based out of South Africa. A chartered accountant with over 25 years of corporate management experience, Francis was a founder member of the SA-Nigeria Chamber of Commerce (now SA-NBC) and served as the second President of the Chamber in 2005. As an executive with Nigerian company Phillips Consulting in the late 1990s, he was actively involved in MTN’s entry into the Nigerian market and has acted in an advisory position to other South African and international firms expanding their operations into Africa.

Logan Moodley

Logan Moodley is the CEO of Conlog, a world leader in smart meters and metering solutions based in Dube Trade Port in Durban, South Africa. The company holds more than 200 patents and trademarks and it also has a presence in over 50 countries in Africa, Middle East and South America. Logan is focused on the development and growth of Conlog’s business interests globally. The role requires strategic leadership and management of a cross-functional executive management team focused on the entire business value chain. He has previously held other executive positions in the company. 

Dr. Adenrele Oni
MD/CEO, RICHWAY MICROFINANCE BANK

Dr. Adenrele is an experienced banker with more than 30 years of professional and leadership experience. He is currently the MD and CEO of Richway Microfinance Bank Ltd, one of Nigeria’s foremost sector institutions. He is also a Director of Richway Financial Services Ltd, Nigeria and Richway Fund Managers Ltd and of Richway Financial Services (Pty) Ltd in South Africa. Adenrele has extensive experience in Nigeria’s banking sector including roles with First Bank of Nigeria. He was Chief Representative Officer of its South Africa office, and MD/CEO of FBN Mortgages Ltd, an FNB subsidiary. He is a past president of the SA-NBC.
