Novare Equity Partners is a private equity fund manager focused on retail and commercial property development in sub-Saharan Africa, excluding SA. It participates in the growth of Africa’s retail and commercial sector, driven by positive demographics, urbanisation and growing personal incomes. As the sub-adviser to Novare Fund Manager, it sources new development opportunities for the Novare Africa Property Fund I and II. These funds have invested in property development opportunities in Nigeria, Mozambique and Zambia. It has malls in both Abuja and Lagos, including Novare Lekki Mall.
